There are 3 coupons per page, so print out as many pages as you need. Cut out each coupon, write the task you will do on the coupons, and then sign each one. Trace around one of the coupons onto a piece of colored paper, twice. Cut out both of those rectangles, they will be the cover and the back of your coupon book. Stack all of your coupons between the two pieces of colored paper and staple them together on the correct end.
Print the envelope template, and cut it out. Fold the two small flaps towards the back of the envelope. Put a couple of dabs of glue onto the flaps. Fold the back of the envelope over so it covers the flaps. Let the glue dry and your envelope is ready to use.
The finished coupon book should slip right into the envelope. Present it to your mom or grandma and see how delighted she is. You might also want to check out this matching Printable Mother’s Day Bookmark Card.
